A Kotlin Multiplatform implementation of the Nostr protocol. Provides relay management, NIP-compliant event creation and signing, and subscription handling. Built as a standalone SDK to be consumed by higher-level clients.

Created out of necessity — no KMP Nostr library existed — and designed to be reusable beyond the wallet use case.
